Right of withdrawal

After receiving your order(s), it is possible to return the delivered item(s) under the following conditions:

- The item must be undamaged with the price tags still attached and in the original packaging.

- If you wish to exchange or return the product, this must be reported within 14 weeks of receiving the order (after this period your right will lapse).

- Any shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

- You must return the item(s) as soon as possible, no later than within 5 working days after registering the return

(after this period your right expires).

- Have you placed an order above €50.00 and received a free gift? The free gift must then be returned if the final purchase amount falls below €50.00 due to the return (otherwise costs will be charged).
